It is located on the outskirts of the famous Luberon area, in a quiet surrounding, in the foothills of Mont Ventoux, 30 kms from Avignon (TGV), 15 kms from Carpentras, 80 kms from Marseille (Marignane Airport).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The house (140 m²) can host 2 to 8 persons thanks to its 4 bedrooms ( 2 rooms with a double bed each, 2 rooms with 2 children beds each + 2 baby beds)

1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and additional toilets (there are also separate toilets)

Fully equipped open kitchen : dishwasher, microwave, american style fridge-freezer, …

It opens onto a pleasant living room (44 m²) with cathedral ceiling and exposed beams, which leads onto a big patio looking out on the surrounding hills and the village, and overlooking the garden with the swimming pool and its beautiful trees.

Outdoor

Its 3000 m² garden is fenced and displays many typical trees (pine trees, olive trees).

The pergola by the swimming pool is quite appealing : as it features table and chairs, it is possible to enjoy a meal or a drink in a pleasant shade. The trees in the garden also provide places to relax in the quietness of the area.

The swimming pool is secured, deck chairs and umbrella are available.

On the back of the house you can park several cars.

Even though the cleaning is included on the day of departure you must make sure that :

  • The flat is tidy
  • The dishwasher is empty and the dishes you used are washed and stored back in the cupboards
  • Beds are to be undone : bedsheets, pillowslips. Covers and pillows stored back in the closets
  • The fridge is empty
  • Binbags put in the containers outside the house. Selective sorting must be respected. The glass container is located in the village

If we note that these tasks have not been performed, we will have to charge you the amount of an additional cleaning.
